I found the hotel to be conveniently located near restaurants and shops. The rooms were beautifully appointed with a modern and unobtrusive scheme, offering lots of natural light and excellent equipment for gamers. The service was incredibly professional and receptive, making it a standout feature of the hotel. The dining experience was excellent, providing a variety of choices and healthy options. Overall, a great value for the money with a few minor drawbacks in the location and amenities nearby.

I had a really nice stay at this hotel. The rooms were quiet and not facing the noisy street, featuring unique color choices, thick carpeting, and even a balcony. Despite its main road location, it was surprisingly peaceful. The service was incredibly helpful, with friendly staff who spoke multiple languages. The location was good, close to the Folkwang Museum and within walking distance of the Messe and city center. The dining experience was smallish but cozy, living up to the motto of 'Quality over quantity'.
